Sleek Makeup Lagoon i-divine- review, swatches & pics

The first palette of 2013 from Sleek makeup, hot off the heels of the Sparkle 2 palette at Christmas and the edition of false eyelashes, felt tip eyeliners and addition of more lipstick shades, they are back with the Aqua collection. Ready for Spring, launching on the 13th March is Sleek Make-Up's newest cosmetic offering dubbed the Aqua collection which borrows inspiration from all things aquatic.Just by looking at this collection you can't help but wish for a holiday!

Sleek Make-Up Limited Edition Aqua Collection of course features the usual suspects such as the eye shadow palette and blush but it also features a lovely set of nail polishes which Sleek Make-Up aren't precisely well-known for.
But the soul of this collection is no doubt the Lagoon i-Divine Eye shadow Palette which brings some tremendous colors in itself. All shades have their own charm and beauty. Including 9 shimmer shades and 3 matte shades Lagoon i- Divine holds the key colors to be seen in this spring.
As with every Sleek Make-Up Eyeshadow palette this boasts 12 well pigmented eyeshadow shades and this instance the color arrangement does turn bright and bold with the odd neutral exploded in for good amount.

A view on the shades..

Sassea,  Deep Water, Reflection, Emerald, Oyster Black Pearl, Pink Jewel, Sand Dollar, Underworld, Sea Shell Night Sky, Ariel , every shades are beautiful and gorgeous. These are nice high shine, shimmery colors. Black Pearl is a smokey pearlescent finish, so it's not pure black. Even the matte coral named ARIEL!
Being the main inspiration of this collective the palette does feature a good few green and blue shades which are quite wearable. These shades will be amazing not only for spring but for summers too.
Discussing about the eyeshadow finish the Lagoon palette has mainly metallic shades with only three matte shades. All metallic and matte shades are well pigmented and beautiful. Only Night Sky is a bit chalky and less pigmented but a single flaw doesn't matter much.
The texture of all shadows is soft creamy like silk. I’ll say Lagoon i-divine is a dreamy palette for holidays.
I really love the fact how long lasting these shadows are. You can be free for about 8 to 9 hours if you have primed your eyes and I think it’s just marvelous.
The only weakness of this palette is that all the shades do produce a slight amount of fall out.

On the whole the shades are well formulated - soft to the touch, blend well, highly pigmented and very long lasting.
My personal favorite shades are Sassea, Pink Jewel & Deep Water!
